Christmas Market
Our Christmas market will take place this Saturday 9th December between 5pm to 9pm at our grounds on Shannon Road. Please drop in and show your support to all our participating local traders who will have a fantastic range of products to offer. For any traders who still wish to set up a stall, you can do so by booking today using link below. Hot treats and snacks will also be available from our clubhouse throughout the evening.

“PURCHASE A PATCH” Final Call for €1,000 Prize Draw
We would like to thank all our members and supporters who have contributed to our Astro turf development over the past two years by purchasing a patch for €100. The permanent plaque will be erected at our clubhouse in the coming weeks proudly displaying the names of all who have pledged their support. At 8.45pm tomorrow evening (Sat 9th Dec) at our Christmas Market we will host the draw for the fantastic €1,000 cash prize. There is still time to get your name in the hat for the draw and more importantly, to have your name / family name / business name permanently displayed on the wall of our clubhouse in acknowledgement of your contribution. Clare Schoolboy/girls Club of the Year 2023
Congrats to all of our players, coaches, committee and hard working volunteers for their tremendous efforts throughout the year which were recognised earlier this week when Bridge United AFC were awarded Club of the Year by their fellow club representatives at the CSSL AGM. We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this success both on and off the field and continued success to everyone for year to come.
Christmas Bingo Night
Tickets are now on sale for our Christmas Bingo Night which will take place in the Oakwood Arms Hotel in Shannon on Friday 29th December 2023. Hosted by James Sexton and his team at HiYa Entertainment, a fun filled night with great cash prizes is guaranteed.
Tickets (€20- covering entry and bingo book) can be purchased via the link below or they can be bought at our Christmas market tomorrow (Sat 9th Dec) also. Committee members will also have tickets available in the run up to the event. Additional bingo books can be purchased on the night and a DJ will keep everyone entertained during and after the main event!

New Year’s Recycling Collection
As has become tradition over the past decade, Bridge United will be hosting their annual Clothes Recycling Collection on the first Saturday of the new year. We will be accepting bags of unwanted clothes, textiles, fabrics, curtains, shoes etc. on Saturday 6th January 2023 between 9am and 4pm.
If anyone wants to get rid of bags of clothes between now and then please get in touch and we can facilitate early drop off or arrange collection. People can contact any of our committee members or send us a message through social media.
